June 22, 2009 - 12:44 PM Sue Little - My favorite childhood summer memory is spending time with my neighbor in her family's italian plum tree. It was one of those trees that had a short trunk with sprawling branches out to every side. We'd climb the tree and spend hours playing "house" in the tree...and what did we eat for every pretend meal while we were playing house? You guessed it, italian plums!

June 24, 2009 - 8:14 AM Katie - My favorite childhood "Summer" memory is going to Disneyland for the first time when I was 9. It was a road trip down to CA and while that was the most boring thing ever...nothing beats the way you feel when you walk thru the gates of the Happiest Place on Earth. I can still remember how in awe I was of everything around me. I can remember what we did, what I ate,the way it smelled...everything.Not to sound cliche but it truly was a magical time that I will never forget. I have been to Disneyland since and nothing ever beats the first time.

June 26, 2009 - 1:19 PM Aubrey - I think I was about 9 years old. My best friend Christina lived on the lake. We'd put our swimsuits on and hop on our beach rafts and pretend we were very rich twin sisters, sailing the seas of paradise on our yachts. Of course we were married to super hunky twin brothers! We'd "smoke" our candy ciggies and dine on cans of Coca Cola and Pringles. Ahh, those were the days!
